Nearby towns we serve

Denver's older neighborhoods are full of bungalows and classic brick homes with detached garages off the alley, often on old, worn slabs. Newer homes and townhomes have attached garages, and there are basements, shops, showrooms and commercial spaces across the city.

Older detached garages usually need crack repair and grinding before coating. Showrooms, storefronts and basements are where metallic and solid-color floors really shine.

Whatever the floor, the job looks the same: we diamond-grind the slab, repair cracks and pits, put down a base coat, broadcast flake or quartz (or pour metallic), and seal it with a clear topcoat. No acid etching, no roll-on kits.

02Why coat it

Built for Denver winters.

Denver's winters swing from snowstorms to sunny 60-degree days, and the city treats its roads heavily. That deicer comes home on your tires, sits on the garage floor and, cycled through freeze-thaw, breaks down bare concrete.

Three things wear out Colorado garage floors, and a properly installed coating handles all three:

  1. 1

    Freeze-thaw

Bare concrete is porous. Snowmelt soaks in, freezes overnight and expands, and over a few Denver winters that pops the surface into scaling, pits and spalled edges by the door.
  2. 2

    Mag chloride & road deicer

Colorado roads are treated with magnesium chloride and other deicers. It rides home on your tires, drips off as the car warms up and keeps eating at a bare slab. On a sealed floor it stays on top, where it rinses off.
  3. 3

    Hot-tire pickup

Tires heat up on the highway. Park a hot tire on a thin, poorly bonded coating and it can soften and lift right off with the tire. Diamond-ground prep and a real topcoat are how we prevent it.

“These guys are awesome, came in, figured out what needed to be done, and knocked it out. I had a large crack on my floor, along with several smaller ones, and they are gone. The large one was 9 ft and going in several different directions, and it's gone. Great job guys!!”
