Nearby towns we serve
The Denver metro covers everything from older city bungalows with detached garages to newer suburban homes with three-car attached garages, plus warehouses, showrooms, shops and commercial kitchens.
No matter the town, every floor starts the same way: diamond grinding, crack and pit repair, then the system that fits the space. If your town isn't listed, call. Chances are we cover it.
Whatever the floor, the job looks the same: we diamond-grind the slab, repair cracks and pits, put down a base coat, broadcast flake or quartz (or pour metallic), and seal it with a clear topcoat. No acid etching, no roll-on kits.
02Why coat it
Built for Front Range winters.
Across the metro, winter means snowstorms, sunny thaws and heavily treated roads. That deicer and melt-off ends up on garage floors, and freeze-thaw slowly breaks down bare concrete.
Three things wear out Colorado garage floors, and a properly installed coating handles all three:
- 1
Freeze-thaw
Bare concrete is porous. Snowmelt soaks in, freezes overnight and expands, and over a few Denver-area winters that pops the surface into scaling, pits and spalled edges by the door. - 2
Mag chloride & road deicer
Colorado roads are treated with magnesium chloride and other deicers. It rides home on your tires, drips off as the car warms up and keeps eating at a bare slab. On a sealed floor it stays on top, where it rinses off. - 3
Hot-tire pickup
Tires heat up on the highway. Park a hot tire on a thin, poorly bonded coating and it can soften and lift right off with the tire. Diamond-ground prep and a real topcoat are how we prevent it.

BeforeAfter“These guys are awesome, came in, figured out what needed to be done, and knocked it out. I had a large crack on my floor, along with several smaller ones, and they are gone. The large one was 9 ft and going in several different directions, and it's gone. Great job guys!!”
