How much does an epoxy garage floor cost?
It depends on size, the system and the condition of your slab. Our full-flake garage system starts around $6.25–$6.50 per sq ft, so a typical 2-car garage (about 450 sq ft) lands near $2,800–$2,900. Use the instant estimate for your numbers. Your final price comes after a free on-site measure.
How long does an install take?
It depends on the system, the size and how much slab repair is needed. At your free estimate we'll give you the install schedule and when you can walk and drive on the floor.
What do I need to do to prep?
Clear the space so we have the bare floor to work on. We handle the real prep: diamond grinding, crack and pit repair, and cleanup.
Flake vs. epoxy vs. polyaspartic: what's the difference?
Epoxy and polyaspartic are the coatings, and flake is what's broadcast into them. A full-flake floor combines a base coat, vinyl flake for texture and color, and a clear topcoat. We'll recommend the right combination for your space at the estimate.
Can you coat over cracked or old concrete?
Usually, yes. Cracks and pitting are repaired and ground flush, and old failing coatings are ground off first. We check your slab during the free on-site measure.
Where do you work?
Northern Colorado and the Denver metro: Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, Longmont and the towns around them, down to Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Aurora and the south suburbs. Our shop is in Fort Collins (80525).
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. The instant estimate on this site gives you a price range in seconds, and every final price is set at a free on-site measure where we check the slab.
Will road salt and mag chloride hurt a coated floor?
A sealed, coated floor stands up to deicer far better than bare concrete, which soaks it up and breaks down through freeze-thaw. Rinse off heavy buildup during the winter and the floor cleans right up.
How do I take care of a coated floor?
Sweep or dust-mop to keep grit off, mop with warm water and a mild cleaner, and rinse off winter slush when it builds up. Skip harsh acids and citrus degreasers.
Do you coat commercial floors?
Yes. Warehouses, shops, showrooms, storefronts, commercial kitchens and wash bays. Solid color, quartz and metallic are the usual commercial systems.
Can I see colors on my own garage first?
Yes. Upload a photo to the floor visualizer and pick an XPS flake, metallic or quartz color for an AI preview, then we bring real samples to the free measure.
What are your hours?
