Nearby towns we serve
Erie has grown from a small town into a big community of newer subdivisions, many with attached two- and three-car garages and finished basements. Close to the old town center there are older homes with smaller garages and older slabs.
A lot of Erie garages are home gyms, workshops and storage as much as they're parking. A coated floor gives all of that a surface that's easier to clean and nicer to be in.
Whatever the floor, the job looks the same: we diamond-grind the slab, repair cracks and pits, put down a base coat, broadcast flake or quartz (or pour metallic), and seal it with a clear topcoat. No acid etching, no roll-on kits.
02Why coat it
Built for Erie winters.
Erie sits between Boulder and I-25, where winter commutes mean slush and treated roads. That melt-off lands on the garage floor, soaks into bare concrete and slowly breaks the surface down over many freeze-thaw cycles.
Three things wear out Colorado garage floors, and a properly installed coating handles all three:
- 1
Freeze-thaw
Bare concrete is porous. Snowmelt soaks in, freezes overnight and expands, and over a few Erie winters that pops the surface into scaling, pits and spalled edges by the door. - 2
Mag chloride & road deicer
Colorado roads are treated with magnesium chloride and other deicers. It rides home on your tires, drips off as the car warms up and keeps eating at a bare slab. On a sealed floor it stays on top, where it rinses off. - 3
Hot-tire pickup
Tires heat up on the highway. Park a hot tire on a thin, poorly bonded coating and it can soften and lift right off with the tire. Diamond-ground prep and a real topcoat are how we prevent it.

BeforeAfter“These guys are awesome, came in, figured out what needed to be done, and knocked it out. I had a large crack on my floor, along with several smaller ones, and they are gone. The large one was 9 ft and going in several different directions, and it's gone. Great job guys!!”

How much does an epoxy garage floor cost in Erie?
Our full-flake garage system runs about $6.25–$6.50 per sq ft. For example, a 3-car garage (about 650 sq ft) with full-flake lands around $4,063–$4,225. Slab repair can change that, so your final price comes after a free on-site measure.
Do you work in Erie?
Yes. Erie is a regular part of our area between Northern Colorado and the Denver metro. Use the instant estimate for a price range, then call to set up a free measure.
Can a coated garage floor handle a home gym?
Yes. A diamond-ground, coated floor holds up well to weights and equipment, and it cleans up easily. For heavy dropped weights, rubber mats on top are still a good idea.
